The carpet in the room didn't feel clean enough!!! It would be nice to have crockery or at least some cutlery available. Also, some parts of the kitchen area were quite dusty, making it less inviting!!!

Family vacation retreat

The room was spacious and the three beds were a hit with my kids so they didn't have to fight over who gets to sleep where. Also having a kitchenette was great, we stocked up on food for our days and didn’t have to eat out every meal.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still decent for what we got.

The family room was super spacious, and we really enjoyed the comfy beds after long days out. There were nice spots to chill and a small gym to work off all the snacks we indulged in. Just a heads up, the front desk isn't open 24/7, but we didn't have any issues at all during our stay! 😊

I had a great stay at Grand Base -Nagoya Chiyokura-. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the station, which was super convenient. The Superior Twin Room was spacious and clean, with a large TV featuring YouTube! It was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The deluxe triple room provided ample space for our family with its kitchenette and dining area, allowing us to enjoy homemade sweets during our stay. The proximity to the station made traveling around convenient. However, we struggled with the dryer in the room and found the lack of utensils a bit frustrating. Though the property was clean and well-kept, it would be helpful to clarify laundry facilities on the website.
